Founded in 1996, the company began focusing on the production of relays, selling to foreign trade companies in Ningbo, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and the Pearl River Delta. In 2004, it entered the overseas market, obtained independent import and export rights, and started exporting on its own. In 2005, it launched its own independent brand. In 2010, the company expanded from electronic products to electronic automotive parts. In 2011, it began e-commerce, establishing stores on 1688, Alibaba International, and Amazon platforms. In 2012, it started developing winch relays, moving traditional relays toward automation. In 2014, digital management was initiated. In 2016, switch products gradually became automated, achieving automated assembly for the full product line. In 2021, the company relocated to a new factory with an area of over 10,000 square meters, improving production and employment conditions. In 2022, the company expanded its product categories to include automotive modification parts, outdoor off-road, and rescue and recovery series. From 2024 to 2025, the company plans to grow across multiple online e-commerce platforms.

Ningbo Liming Relay, located at No. 986 Zhongguan Road, Jiaochuan Street, Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, was established in 1996.
